What is HOS / House of Shila?
HOS is a creative studio dedicated to all things sensually beautiful.

Driven by a desire to uncover unique properties and convert them into aesthetically gratifying vessels for transportative, sensory experiences, our projects range from boutique hotels, event spaces and art showrooms. Hailed as “an inspired laboratory of experiential storytelling”, HOS represents talented artists and makers in various stages, whose work is organically showcased in its celebrated Athenian hotels, Mona and Shila.
What is the HOS shop concept?
Taking the in situ curations online, the HOS shop presents a hand-picked selection of limited edition items, ranging from homeware, fashion, jewellery, garments and deco. HOS commissions, designs and curates with the mindset of sustainability and slow craft, supporting original talent. There is an art in living well and everything the studio creates is inspired by timeliness and quality. Our HOS signature products are created with local craftsmen and in support of primarily Greek-based collaborators.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping costs are calculated on check out. International shipping is handled through FedEx.
Who do you collaborate with for domestic shipping?
We work with Seedex for our domestic shipping needs.
What about returns?
We unfortunately do not accept returns in our OBJECTS and ART COLLECTION categories. For WEAR items, you have 14 days to return, from the day of shipment (check next question for return process).

All our items are carefully inspected and processed in safe wrapping prior to shipping. For any serious issues with your product you may contact us and we will be happy to assist on a case by case basis.
I ordered an item from your WEAR section and would like to return. How to do it?
Please get in touch and let us know the reason for your return. If you wish to exchange the item for a different size, first check with us to confirm that your desired size is available. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipment date. Unfortunately we do not cover shipping costs for returns. Please ship the item back to the original shipping address. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return policy, we will proceed with exchange or refund via the original payment method.
Do you offer customization option products?
Yes, we offer customization options for certain products. Please contact us at shop@houseofshila.comwith your specific requirements and we will endeavour to accommodate.
Do you have a physical shop?
Most of our items are organically placed around our Athenian spaces, Shila and Mona. Part hotels, events spaces and showrooms, you can browse items while staying with us. If you are in the city and wish to visit, you can book an appointment by writing to us shop@houseofshila.com. Please note that some items may be not available at the day of your visit, given the limited availability and disbursement of objects within rooms that may be occupied. We organize a pop-up in collaboration with our artists and designers. Look out for event announcements via our mailing list and events page.
The item I was hoping to purchase is sold out. How can I inquire about it / do you restock?
Due to the limited edition of products you may encounter items sold out. Restocking differs from item to item given their hand-crafted nature. We encourage you to write to us about your object of interest that appears out-of-stock, and we will get back to you with more information.
How often do you update the E-shop with items?
We do regular drops depending on seasonality. Follow us on instagram and sign up to the newsletter to be the first to receive news.
