All product orders are subject to availability. If you do not wish to place an order, we will refund the full amount you may have paid. Two identification codes are used to identify you: the login code (e-mail or username) and the personal secret security code (security code/password). Subject to the provisions regarding product availability, we will make every effort to complete your order, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are always determined before the completion of the order, for the amount of which the customer will be informed before payment.

Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product and once we have ascertained that it is in perfect condition, we shall refund any sums you have paid to us (not shipping costs) using the payment method you have chosen to pay us. Acts, ordinances, laws, regulations or governmental restrictions; g. Any strike, breakdown or accident of ferry and postal services or other means of transport.

The performance of our obligations under any contract shall be deemed to be suspended for the period of the force majeure event and the time for performance of our obligations shall be extended for a period equal to the duration of such period. We will use all reasonable efforts to bring the force majeure event to an end or to find a solution which enables us to fulfill our obligations under the contract despite the force majeure event.

The contract between you and us is binding on both you and our respective licensees and assignees.
