All product orders are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties or stock depletion, we reserve the right to inform you of similar products, of equal or superior quality and value, which you may order or to inform you of the possible delivery time of the product you have ordered and which is currently unavailable. If you do not wish to place an order, we will refund the full amount you may have paid. If the unavailability relates to part of your order, any remaining order may be fulfilled properly, unless you inform us that partial fulfillment of the order would not serve your needs or interests.

Two identification codes are used to identify you: the login code (e-mail or username) and the personal secret security code (security code/password). Each time you enter them they provide you with access to your personal data in security. In case of purchase of artworks from the special catalogue of artworks, which are displayed on our website without mentioning their selling price the payment of the price and shipping costs is made by bank transfer to the bank account of the company indicated by us, after contacting us at the email shop@houseofshila.com m in order to be informed about the price, costs etc.
Subject to the provisions regarding product availability, we will make every effort to complete your order, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer and are always determined before the completion of the order, for the amount of which the customer will be informed before payment.

Delays may occur in cases such as product adaptation to customer requirements, depending on the delivery area, customs controls, unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather conditions, strike, force majeure events) or when it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) for instance because the information you have entered is not correctly updated.
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver on time due to our sole fault, we will let you know and offer you the option of either continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund.
In the event that the product cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer or the courier company and is returned to us, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Therefore, if the customer chooses not to have the product re-shipped, the amount paid will be refunded after deducting the return shipping costs. If the customer decides to proceed with re-shipping of the purchased product, it will be dispatched again once the return shipping costs (incurred due to the failed delivery) have been paid in full.
For purchases made at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without justification, within 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the goods.

Please, return the products in their original perfect condition as you received them (as new), without any processing, addition or other treatment and without destroying the packaging, without any damages or alterations to the packaging, using or including the original packaging, instructions and any other documents that may accompany them, otherwise you are not entitled to withdraw. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents (e.g. receipt, invoice), the receipts and the return voucher sent to you with the product.
Within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product and once we have ascertained that it is in perfect condition, we shall refund any sums you have paid to us (not shipping costs) using the payment method you have chosen to pay us. In the event that you have paid by payment card we will proceed immediately to instruct the card issuer and we will not be liable for any delays in crediting the amount of the price to you that are not attributable to us.

Due to the complexities of international shipping outside the EU, returns on international orders outside the EU are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective. To process your claim, we require clear photographic evidence of the damage. Photos should include the following: a clear image of the damaged area(s), an image of the entire product, an image of the packaging (including any visible damage to the box), an image of the shipping label.

Once we receive your photos and review the damage, we will determine whether the item qualifies for a refund, replacement, or other resolution. We may request additional information if needed.
In some cases, we may require the damaged item to be returned before processing a refund or sending a replacement. If a return is necessary, we may provide a prepaid shipping label. You can deliver the product, carefully wrapped in its original packaging, to the courier company we work with, together with all its legal documents.
If your claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement of the same item (subject to availability) or full refund credited to your original payment method as soon as possible.

Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, pandemic or other natural disaster; d. Inability to use railways, ships, airplanes, motor vehicles or other public or private means of transportation; e. Inability to use public or private telecommunication networks; f. Acts, ordinances, laws, regulations or governmental restrictions; g. Any strike, breakdown or accident of ferry and postal services or other means of transport.
The performance of our obligations under any contract shall be deemed to be suspended for the period of the force majeure event and the time for performance of our obligations shall be extended for a period equal to the duration of such period. We will use all reasonable efforts to bring the force majeure event to an end or to find a solution which enables us to fulfill our obligations under the contract despite the force majeure event.
The contract between you and us is binding on both you and our respective licensees and assignees. You may not transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of your rights or obligations under it, without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to transfer, assign, subcontract or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of our rights or obligations under it, at any time during the term of the contract.
