Lorem ipsum, or lipsum as it is sometimes known, is dummy text used in laying out print, graphic or web designs. The passage is attributed to an unknown typesetter in the 15th century who is thought to have scrambled parts of Cicero’s De Finibus Bonorum et Malorum for use in a type specimen book.

Storage Environment: Keep heather honey in a cool, dry place at room temperature, ideally between 64°F to 75°F (18°C to 24°C). Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or heat sources, as higher temperatures can alter its flavour and texture.
Container: Store honey in an airtight glass or food-grade plastic container to prevent moisture absorption and contamination. Ensure the container is sealed tightly after each use.
Crystallisation: It's natural for heather honey to crystallise over time, especially if stored in cooler conditions. If crystallization occurs, gently warm the honey by placing the sealed container in a bowl of warm water (around 104°F or 40°C) until it returns to a liquid state. Avoid using boiling water or microwaving, as excessive heat can degrade the honey's quality.
Avoid Refrigeration: Do not refrigerate heather honey, as cold temperatures can accelerate crystalliszation. Room temperature storage is preferable to maintain its smooth consistency.
