SORCERESS SAKE SET
Carafe 19.5x9x9, Ice cooler 19x13x13, Shots 5.5x3.5x3.5, Cups 8x6.5x6.5
French artist Diane Alexandre’s Sorceress Sake Set is a darkly alluring ceramic set designed with magic in mind.
The carafe, ice cooler, 4 shots and 4 cups’ oak-textured, mossy black gloss glaze look stolen straight from the witch’s forest.
We imagine this set as a refined, eclectic companion to your most contemplative midnight chat or neon-soaked after-business meeting.
Diane Alexandre is a French born graphic designer, living in between Paris and Athens.
For the past five years, Diane has been developing her sculptural work, in clay and porcelain, marking a point on her ongoing journey, started at a very young age at the feet of a grandfather storyteller, in search of meaning and inspiration in myths and mythological symbolism.
“These idols are a meditative offering,”, Diane states, “to express a gratitude towards people, moments shared, instants of comprehension.
